General Counsel – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated content on subjects including contract negotiation, regulatory interpretation, risk analysis, and in-house legal strategies.

• Analyze AI responses to ensure legal accuracy, practical application, and alignment with business needs.

• Develop realistic legal scenarios and case studies informed by your personal experiences.

• Generate alternative scenarios from diverse viewpoints (e.g., General Counsel, in-house legal counsel, executive, regulator).

• Identify deficiencies, flawed logic, or inadequate legal analysis in AI-generated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level General Counsel, in-house legal counsel, or similarly experienced legal professional.

• Must be located in and eligible to work within the EU or UK.

• Several years of practical experience in navigating complex legal issues within organizations (e.g., contract law, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation).

• Strong capability to assess legal reasoning and differentiate between theoretical concepts and practical, actionable solutions.

• Ability to work independently while providing structured and critical feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
