GenAI, Machine Learning, Python Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and maintain Machine Learning and AI solutions utilizing Python.

• Create and integrate applications based on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Analyze both structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and derive insights.

• Develop and enhance ML models tailored for practical business applications.

• Execute data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

• Engage with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and various AI/ML frameworks.

• Create or assist in the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions as needed.

• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to gather requirements and provide AI-driven solutions.

• Launch and oversee AI/ML applications in both development and production settings.

• Document technical solutions, methodologies, and performance metrics of models.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or a closely related discipline.

• Proficient programming skills in Python.

• Strong grasp of Machine Learning principles and algorithms.

• Practical experience in developing and assessing Machine Learning models.

• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.

• Solid understanding of SQL and data manipulation techniques.

• Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or similar.

• Preferred experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

• Highly preferred hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Preferred experience in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, LLM APIs, embeddings, semantic search, NLP, Transformer architectures, fine-tuning, or AI agents.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

• Familiarity with Docker, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and MLOps is advantageous.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Eligible work authorization: US Citizen, Green Card holder, or H4 EAD holder.

• Must be open to relocation anywhere within the United States.

• Willingness to work on a W2 basis; no C2C or 1099 arrangements.
