Gen AI Creative Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to gain insight into workflows, challenges, and operational needs.

• Conduct workflow audits and capability evaluations.

• Determine areas where GenAI, agents, or automation can enhance quality, efficiency, or scalability.

• Convert operational challenges into actionable technical implementation strategies.

• Design and develop production-quality prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems.

• Create repeatable and scalable frameworks that support various brands, markets, and channels.

• Oversee workflow governance, quality assurance, and the reliability of implemented systems.

• Set technical standards and best practices for agents and workflows.

• Lead training sessions, workshops, and office hours to facilitate system adoption.

• Manage technical documentation, playbooks, and guides for both internal and client use.

• Assist with change management as new tools and workflows are introduced.

• Serve as the technical authority on GenAI capabilities, limitations, and constraints.

• Assess emerging AI models, platforms, and tools for their technical suitability and scalability.

• Conduct stress tests on new capabilities and provide structured technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

• Identify architectural enhancements for existing agents, workflows, and systems.

• Represent the technical roadmap for creative technology within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in advertising creative development.

• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Gemini.

• Experience with GenAI techniques, including model selection and prompting.

• Practical experience utilizing GenAI to produce real-world advertising creative.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software.

• Strong personal communication and management skills.

• Preference for candidates with prior agency experience.

• Excellent written English skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection speed of at least 40 Mbps.

• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive outlook on the role of GenAI in creativity.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in the country from which you will be employed.
