AI Systems Innovation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on the sustainable integration of AI technologies within their organizations

• Facilitate workshops with clients to identify potential AI applications and create development roadmaps

• Design and deliver AI training sessions for various stakeholder groups on the client side

• Collaborate with the offshore AI development team to create customized AI solutions for specific business needs

• Oversee the implementation and management of AI projects for clients

• Stay updated on the latest advancements, technologies, methodologies, and opportunities in the field of AI

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT consulting or similar fast-paced environments that demand a high level of ownership

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with a confident and professional demeanor

• A proactive attitude and motivation to develop expertise in AI and remain informed about industry trends

• Capability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to clients and relate them to specific use cases

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for teamwork, proficient in both German and English

• Willingness to travel occasionally to provide on-site support to clients

• Ideally located in Berlin; alternatively, remote work within Germany is acceptable
