This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Thorough management of the sales territory according to plan, with regular coordination with the Sales Manager
• Conducting sales discussions with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrations
• Supporting existing customers through qualified consulting for decision-makers in hospitals
• Training medical and clinical personnel in the use of surgical instruments and providing professional assistance during surgeries in the areas of shoulder, hip, and knee
• Planning, organizing, and executing product training for users, as well as information and continuing education events
• Acquisition of new clients
• Responsible management of the customer database and sales statistics for the assigned sales territory
• Attending and evaluating symposia and conferences related to medical technology
• Continuous monitoring of competitive activities
• Collaboration with the sales support team
• Reporting on activities and developments within the sales territory
• Training and onboarding of new employees in both field and office positions
• Initial professional experience in the sales of medical products, ideally within the orthopedic or endoprosthetics sector, is advantageous
• Alternatively, initial technical experience in the orthopedic operating room and hospital environment
• Customer- and success-oriented approach with a high level of openness and sociability
• Strong communication skills in interaction with internal and external stakeholders, along with a passion for teamwork
• Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written
