This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Intensive support for existing customers and visits to potential clients aimed at expanding and optimally maintaining the customer base.
• Pricing and condition structuring within the region in accordance with established competencies.
• Monitoring the market and competition, including related reporting.
• Participation in trade fairs, in-house exhibitions, training sessions, and other events.
• Regular acquisition of new customers.
• You will report directly to the Sales Manager for Construction in Southern Germany and collaborate closely with the marketing and internal sales teams.
• Several years of field experience in the technical sales of complex products.
• Industry experience in construction and knowledge in the area of sealants and adhesives is desirable.
• Excellent market knowledge in the regional construction product sector and proficient use of relevant sales channels.
• High willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• A strong sense of initiative, organizational skills, and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
• Sales acumen and a pronounced ability to implement strategies effectively.
• Primary residence within the sales territory.
