
Gas Turbine Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repairs on assigned equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and implement field modifications.
• Act as the lead engineer managing the full scope of projects, including project management, site safety, labor oversight, and financial aspects of the job.
• Stay current with administrative duties such as maintaining customer service logs, internal service records, and timely final reports.
• Possess maintenance skills and knowledge regarding the proper use of tools.
• Engage in daily communication with customers to ensure effective resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain tools and testing equipment, ensuring they are accurately calibrated.
• Collaborate as a team member to provide efficient service delivery to all customers.
• Comply with existing regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, OSHA 10/30 standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the Power Generation sector.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Steam/Gas turbine and generator equipment.
• Experience working with both internal team members and external customers.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent time management capabilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
• High attention to detail.
• Compliance with Health and Human Services, as well as Environmental Health and Safety regulations.
