This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Interact with the supply chain and autonomously manage EPC and equipment supply contracts.
• Organize, negotiate, and finalize contracts for gas generation equipment related to energy projects and data centers, ensuring adherence to industry standards, timelines, and financial targets.
• Oversee and direct the equipment supply request for proposal (RFP) processes.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and essential vendors to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Handle contract revisions and post-contract activities, which include claims, performance tracking, and warranty matters.
• Work collaboratively with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth contract implementation.
• Primarily concentrate on equipment supply agreements, while also engaging in EPC contract execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the procurement of gas generation equipment for utility-scale energy projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to cultivate and sustain external relationships.
• Strong and clear communication skills, capable of simplifying intricate concepts.
• Proficient quantitative and analytical abilities.
• An engineering background is preferred.
• Familiarity with G-Suite, Excel, Slack, and other collaborative tools.
