This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide exceptional customer support through chat and email communication.
• Foster robust and enduring relationships with customers.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies.
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and confidentiality.
• Implement the most effective practices for enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions while achieving key performance indicators (KPI).
• Collaborate with developers and various cross-functional teams.
• Proficient English communication abilities (C1 level or above).
• Over 6 months of experience in a gaming support position.
• Strong enthusiasm and knowledge of role-playing games (RPGs), mobile gaming, and streaming services are essential.
• Proven experience in providing support via chat and email in English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor.
• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
