📋 Description

• Conduct research, interpret, and summarize gaming and gambling laws, regulations, and compliance obligations across various jurisdictions.

• Analyze legal principles, regulatory processes, and case law pertinent to the gaming, gambling, and betting sectors.

• Create clear and organized explanations of intricate legal matters and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate hypothetical legal inquiries and simulated scenarios related to both online and land-based gaming operations.

• Review contracts, policies, and legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with industry best practices.

• Assess and enhance AI-generated legal content to guarantee legal accuracy, solid reasoning, and practical relevance.

• Identify emerging regulatory trends, industry developments, and potential legal risks within the gaming and gambling field.

• Offer thorough written feedback and expert insights to elevate the quality of AI-generated legal analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or an equivalent, recognized legal qualification.

• Valid license or authorization to practice law in at least one pertinent jurisdiction.

• Significant professional experience in gaming, gambling, betting, or related regulatory law.

• Strong understanding of gaming regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations.

• Experience in researching and interpreting complex legal and regulatory materials.

• Exceptional written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and accurately.
