This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Full ownership of a game's lifecycle—from initial concept assessment to post-launch evaluation.
• Key decision-making role that bridges Creative, Production, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Oversee the concept assessment process, which includes market research, genre analysis, and competitive comparisons.
• Continuously update and enhance the product roadmap, prioritization criteria, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Community to formulate the launch strategy.
• Track live key performance indicators (KPIs) and collect player feedback to inform post-launch improvements.
• 5–10 years of experience in game product management, preferably with successfully launched titles.
• Strong grasp of market trends, player motivations, and achieving product-market alignment.
• Previous experience managing roadmaps, KPIs, playtesting processes, and green-light assessments.
• Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proficient in data-informed decision-making; adept at forecasting, KPIs, and iterative development processes.
• Experience collaborating with Creative, Production, and Engineering teams on intricate projects.
