This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design and execute modifications for games utilizing our SDK framework.
β’ Examine game mechanics and systems to uncover opportunities for modifications.
β’ Create integration points within game functions.
β’ Alter properties of game objects and the overall game state.
β’ Develop solutions for desired gaming features, such as resource alterations and character adjustments.
β’ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in both existing and in-progress modifications.
β’ Test and confirm modifications across various game versions.
β’ Document techniques and patterns for modification implementation.
β’ Strong proficiency in C++ programming.
β’ An analytical mindset coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
β’ A creative approach to mod design, with a genuine passion for how players interact with and reshape games.
β’ Capability to generate a high volume of innovative mod ideas quickly, even under tight deadlines.
β’ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technical frameworks.
β’ Experience with Unreal Engine and/or Unity, or familiarity with other engines used in AAA, AA, and indie titles.
β’ Background in developing game trainers or modification tools.
β’ Experience within game development or modding communities.
β’ Understanding of game engine architectures and event systems.
β’ Reverse engineering experience, including disassembly, debugging tools, and static/dynamic analysis.
