Game Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop concepts for RNG slots and instant games, encompassing mechanics, bonus features, progressions, events, player flows, and UX logic.

• Draft Game Design Documents (GDDs), mathematician assignments, and briefs for art and animation.

• Collaborate with a mathematician on RTP, volatility, and feature frequency.

• Engage in balancing and tuning features utilizing player data.

• Oversee games from initial concept through certification and live launch.

• Review implementation for design adherence with Quality Assurance (QA).

• Prioritize retention and engagement metrics throughout the design process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in game design, with at least 2 years focused on slots or social casinos.

• 10 or more released slots or instant games for which you held game design responsibility.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire production cycle.

• Proven experience in setting objectives for art teams, mathematicians, and developers.

• Awareness of the market variations across different countries.

• Experience in a startup environment where processes are developed from the ground up (preferred).

• Background in free-to-play, mobile games, or hyper-casual titles (preferred).

• Experience with localization into multiple languages (preferred).
