G&A Corporate Recruiter

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial intake to offer acceptance.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their hiring needs and formulate effective recruiting strategies.

• Identify, screen, interview, and manage candidates across various corporate functions.

• Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines to address both current and future hiring demands.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Counsel hiring managers on market trends, best interview practices, and hiring decisions.

• Organize interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate discussions regarding offers.

• Keep accurate candidate records and track recruiting activities within the ATS.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and report progress to key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive corporate recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting for General & Administrative and corporate business functions.

• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.

• Capable of managing multiple requisitions while ensuring quality and responsiveness.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
