G&A, Corporate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial intake to the acceptance of offers.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their hiring requirements and formulate effective recruiting strategies.

• Identify, screen, interview, and manage candidates across various corporate functions.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, optimal interview practices, and recruitment decisions.

• Organize interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate discussions regarding offers.

• Keep precise candidate records and track recruiting activities within the ATS.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and relay progress updates to key stakeholders.

• Recruitment may encompass a blend of G&A and corporate roles including: Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Administrative & Executive Support, Corporate Strategy, and other business operations functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive corporate recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting for G&A and corporate business sectors.

• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional recruiting platforms.

• Ability to handle multiple job requisitions while ensuring quality and responsiveness.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
