G&A, Corporate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial intake to the acceptance of offers.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and craft effective hiring strategies.

• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates across various corporate departments.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, best interview practices, and hiring decisions.

• Organize interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate discussions regarding offers.

• Keep precise candidate records and track recruiting activities within the ATS.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting.

• Proven experience in recruiting for General & Administrative and corporate business roles.

• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.

• Ability to handle multiple requisitions while ensuring quality and promptness.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
