This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize expertise in Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) to investigate, test, and identify effective alerts and algorithms aimed at FWA detection and prevention related to claims.
• Proactively analyze and evaluate the outputs of FWA schemes, along with enhancements to existing FWA strategies.
• Possess a strong understanding of pharmacy and medical claims data analysis and quality assessment.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for alerts and policies.
• Conduct research for supporting documentation relevant to knowledge bases for clients.
• Implement test cases and assess the results.
• Exhibit a proven ability for problem-solving and debugging processes.
• Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing and reported by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Meet all applicable requirements set forth by relevant company customers, clients, or business partners regarding the relationship and role.
• Understand and adhere to all company Privacy and Security protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Familiarity with healthcare Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA).
• Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, medical terminology, including CPT, HCPCS, DRG, Revenue, and ICD-10.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely.
