Fusion Engineer – Acoustics & Computer Vision

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will create an advanced localization product featuring a learning map architecture.

• You will design and implement visual and acoustic sensor systems for the detection of drones.

• You will develop a multi-sensor perception and fusion system for an early-warning drone system.

• You will execute machine learning and AI models directly on the local sensors.

• You will design, construct, and uphold scalable models, deploying model inference directly to drone detection devices.

• You will implement scalable intelligence with low-latency inference.

• You will monitor systems, resolve issues, and continually enhance observability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the IT sector (e.g., engineering).

• At least 2 years of full-time experience as a Fusion Engineer, preferably in the field of acoustics.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) domain.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks.

• Strong background with the Embedded Linux ecosystem.

• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
