• Strategizing, executing, and enhancing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Developing, testing, and refining webinar, VSL (video sales letter), and application funnels.
• Optimizing conversions throughout the entire funnel: landing pages, webinar presentations, booking pages, and email sequences.
• Ensuring a strong alignment between ad creative, hooks, and funnel messaging (message-match).
• Establishing comprehensive tracking and attribution systems using Hyros, FunnelCockpit, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Conducting A/B testing at every stage of the funnel: Ad → Landing page → Webinar → Booking → Sales call.
• Overseeing key performance indicators: CPL, CPA, ROAS, opt-in rate, show-up rate, closing rate, and LTV.
• Collaborating with the creative team, sales, and founders to continuously enhance the overall system.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing and funnel development (preferably in the coaching or info-product sectors).
• Strong expertise in webinar funnels, VSL funnels, and high-ticket application funnels.
• Practical experience with FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, or ClickFunnels (at least one required).
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Hyros.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, Zapier, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, Calendly, and HubSpot.
• Solid understanding of copywriting, offer design, and conversion psychology.
• An analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and focus on ROAS-oriented thinking.
• Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented work style in a remote environment.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English.
