This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct the testing strategy across all funnels, including Demo, Story, and Proven System funnels.
• Design and implement intentional A/B tests for landing pages, copy, design variations, and ad creatives to enhance performance metrics.
• Compose, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns to maximize both engagement and conversion rates.
• Develop and manage automated follow-up sequences (utilizing tools such as SimpleTalk) to boost lead nurturing and appointment show rates.
• Align all funnel events with Cometly to guarantee precise attribution and performance monitoring.
• Monitor and report weekly on key performance indicators including page views, opt-ins, booked calls, and qualified booked calls.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, with a specific emphasis on conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and funnel enhancement.
• Proficient in utilizing marketing technology stacks: HubSpot, Cometly, Ninety, and Notion.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the capability to "interrogate" data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth.
• Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote setting.
• Bonus: Background in agriculture or experience in financial education sectors.
