Funnel Conversion Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the testing strategy across all funnels, including Demo, Story, and Proven System funnels.

• Design and implement targeted A/B tests on landing pages, copy, design modifications, and ad creatives to enhance performance metrics.

• Craft, schedule, and refine email marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

• Develop and oversee automated follow-up sequences (utilizing tools such as SimpleTalk) to boost lead nurturing and appointment show rates.

• Synchronize all funnel events with Cometly to guarantee precise attribution and performance monitoring.

• Monitor and report weekly on key performance indicators, including page views, opt-ins, booked calls, and qualified booked calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly in CRO, A/B testing, and funnel enhancement.

• Expertise in marketing technology platforms: HubSpot, Cometly, Ninety, and Notion.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to "interrogate" data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth.

• Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to operate independently in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Bonus: Background in agriculture or experience within the financial education sector.
