This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead national online fundraising initiatives by creating and overseeing large-scale campaigns while providing support to field staff and volunteers.
• Focus on innovation, scalability, and revenue enhancement across Ducks Unlimited’s digital fundraising platforms.
• Develop, execute, and manage Ducks Unlimited’s national online fundraising strategies, including online auctions, raffles, sweepstakes, and virtual events.
• Spearhead sports-oriented fundraising efforts (e.g., brackets, survivor pools, pick’em games).
• Craft and oversee campaign promotion strategies across email, social media, web, and partner channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and partners to enhance participation and revenue.
• Create and sustain national fundraising calendars, campaign timelines, and product offerings.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize efforts based on data, trends, and user behavior.
• Oversee all facets of post-campaign fulfillment, reporting, and analytical review.
• Assist in designing and executing innovative fundraising concepts, tools, and strategies.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Background in nonprofit fundraising, digital marketing, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of online fundraising platforms, social media, and execution of digital campaigns.
• Experience with or an interest in sports-based fundraising models and strategies for engaging audiences.
• Proven ability to generate and implement new ideas while scaling successful initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship management abilities.
• Self-driven with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and various web-based tools; ability to adapt to DU-specific systems.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Canva.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
• Capability and readiness to travel out of state for essential meetings at least 3-4 times a year.
