Fundraising and Donor Relations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and create profiles for significant donors, foundations, and attendees prior to CEO engagements.

• Compose outreach emails, thank-you notes, and cultivation communications on behalf of the CEO.

• Guide donors through the cultivation pipeline from the initial outreach to securing funding commitments.

• Identify and monitor grant opportunities that align with Parity’s mission.

• Oversee grant submission schedules from start to finish.

• Draft grant proposals, letters of inquiry, donor reports, and major gift case statements.

• Equip the CEO with briefing materials for speaking engagements and conferences.

• Maintain and refresh the donor CRM system.

• Actively propose new funding strategies and prospecting ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business development, nonprofit development, major gifts, or a fundraising role that involves direct donor interaction.

• Proven track record in writing successful grant proposals or major donor communications that led to funding.

• Understanding of donor cultivation strategies and the major gifts cycle.

• Ability to operate as an extension of a CEO or senior leader—crafting communications in their voice, representing their brand, and ensuring follow-through.

• Experience in a startup, early-stage organization, or resource-limited environment is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (any platform) is beneficial but not mandatory.
