Functional Training Manager – Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions for both virtual and in-person audiences.

• Present training material that addresses complex operations or tasks with a wide-ranging scope.

• Collaborate with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, managers, and subject matter experts to create, maintain, and revise courses.

• Act as a subject matter expert for the development of training content.

• Engage with various organizational levels and business functions both within and outside the learning organization.

• Facilitate sessions for large groups, both face-to-face and online.

• Oversee and support multi-day learning events.

• Take part in special projects as needed.

• Manage calendar scheduling, attendance and roster oversight, customer communication, and event coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Capable of explaining complex or technical concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in facilitating both in-person and remote training, with a thorough understanding of adult learning principles.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Leadership experience is not necessary.

• No specific certifications required.
