Functional Consultant – Project Manager

📋 Description

• Take charge of the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring a thorough understanding of client requirements, seamless delivery, high customer satisfaction, and ongoing enhancements.

• Create scalable, customized solutions that align with client workflows and business objectives.

• Work alongside engineering teams to resolve technical issues, adjust the system to fit specific customer processes, and integrate with current systems.

• Act as a trusted partner to clients by anticipating their needs, providing insights, and maximizing the value of automation.

• Collaborate with the sales team to craft personalized implementation plans and promote product adoption.

• Convert customer feedback into long-term improvements for the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.

• Exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to oversee multiple projects at once.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and manage various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and communication skills; adept at converting business needs into technical actions.

• Proficiency in both German and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in presenting to native-speaking clients.

• Familiarity with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is beneficial.

• Practical experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is an advantage.
