Functional Consultant – Mid-Level/Senior, SD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a mid-level/senior SAP SD Consultant

• Engage with Sales and Distribution processes, including Brazilian localization

• Provide services within an AMS / SAP Application Support framework

• Handle multiple clients, requests, priorities, and SLAs at the same time

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and issues

• Investigate the underlying causes of problems rather than merely processing tickets

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to implement solutions

• Communicate with clients, users, technical teams, managers, and international teams

• Suggest consulting solutions customized for client needs

• Manage requests autonomously, demonstrating a sense of urgency, accountability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant

• Established background in AMS / SAP Application Support

• Experience in supporting multiple clients

• Familiarity with handling various requests, priorities, and SLAs concurrently / Incident Management

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes in ECC and S/4HANA

• Competence in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents and problems

• Understanding of Sales Orders

• Proficiency in Pricing

• Familiarity with Delivery and Shipping processes

• Knowledge of Billing practices

• Proficient in English, capable of participating in meetings and engaging directly with international teams and clients

• Understanding of Tax Reform regulations

• Availability to provide services during business hours
