This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for collecting and analyzing client requirements while configuring systems to develop applications utilizing our SaaS low-code application platform.
• Engaging with clients and facilitating workshops to gain insights into their business and its challenges.
• Functionally defining a solution based on the identified requirements.
• Utilizing low-code platform components to create solutions.
• Leading requirements analysis by collaborating with client stakeholders, guiding workshops to comprehend their business needs, and documenting requirements.
• Working alongside solution developers to convert business requirements into well-structured solutions.
• Creating comprehensive technical solution documentation that aligns with client business goals, including process flowcharts, diagrams, user manuals, and more.
• Ensuring that all production modifications comply with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk management guidelines.
• Conducting working sessions with clients to gather feedback and address technical issues during client review and testing.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system errors and implementing solutions to rectify them.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed, up to 10%.
• Proven experience in leading requirements analysis activities, including the documentation of functional requirements and maintaining traceability to test cases.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize a deep understanding of software capabilities to solve business challenges.
• Familiarity with enterprise software and database architectures.
• Knowledge of software development and deployment methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and related tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, PlanView, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate client business needs.
• Competence in analyzing technical options and providing recommendations.
• Capacity to approach solutions primarily through configuration, with customization as necessary to fulfill customer requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and patiently explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Comfortable working under pressure or within tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Enthusiasm for learning and personal development, particularly in technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
