Fully Licensed Therapist – LCPC / LCSW-C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations through Telehealth.

• Deliver individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions remotely.

• Create and uphold treatment plans.

• Conduct risk assessments and intervene during crises as necessary.

• Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately (within 24 hours).

• Ensure adherence to Telehealth regulations and requirements set by payers.

• Confirm and record client location and emergency contacts for every session.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Maryland license (LCPC or LCSW-C).

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.

• Active NPI number (Type 1).

• Experience with Telehealth therapy is preferred.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and virtual platforms.

• Strong skills in clinical judgment and documentation.

• Maintain professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M minimum).

• Eligible for Medicaid and/or Medicare credentialing (preferred).
