Fullstack Technical Lead, React.js, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders involved in client projects concerning project status and recommendations.

• Develop client code that is not only efficient but also high-performing, testable, scalable, secure, and of the utmost quality.

• Actively engage in precise planning and estimation processes, employing project methodologies and tools.

• Skillfully gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.

• Carry out complex tasks within established methodologies and quality standards, demonstrating success across various engagements.

• Enhance client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user pain points, foresee potential issues, and iterate on solutions that promote client success.

• Participate in agile software development, which includes daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

• Actively contribute to the Engineering Practice community by mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or project teams, and by fostering technical capability growth.

• Independently manage project delivery within established architecture, showcasing autonomy and accountability throughout all phases from conceptualization to deployment.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field.

• Demonstrated professional experience as a React Developer.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

• Comprehensive knowledge of frontend development, including state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.

• Experience in designing and utilizing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Proficient in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles such as abstraction and encapsulation.

• High-level design competence following UML / C4 / ArchiMate standards.

• Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and high-performance enterprise-level systems.

• Initiative and practice in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.

• Strong understanding of SOLID principles.

• Knowledge of OWASP standards.

• Proficiency in the English language.
