This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of designated workstreams to enhance the Paloma Portal, an AI-driven patient pathway and Electronic Patient Record software.
• Work in collaboration with engineering, product, clinical, and support teams to shape and execute the technical vision.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient full-stack code using C# or TypeScript.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for both internal and external applications.
• Build complex interfaces utilizing ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Develop, deploy, and support scalable, resilient cloud-native applications on AWS or GCP.
• Convert product and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Engage in code reviews to enhance software development processes and foster a positive culture.
• Acquire knowledge and skills necessary for creating AI and agent-based applications aimed at process automation, data collection, and user assistance.
• Advance toward the role of Senior Fullstack Engineer with proven success.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of technical experience in a professional setting, ideally in a fast-paced environment like scaleups.
• Proficient in C# and TypeScript; familiarity with Java or Python is advantageous.
• Experience with React.js and development of Single-Page Applications.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying containerized applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Background in building event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and management of SQL databases within a cloud environment.
• Experience automating intricate processes and user journeys, including onboarding, triaging, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with specification-driven development utilizing AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the product and engineering team.
• Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of pre-employment requirements.
