Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain high-quality features throughout the Fullstack environment, encompassing both UI and API integration.

• Produce clean, well-tested, and production-ready code while actively engaging in code reviews.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to deliver seamless, user-focused features.

• Influence technical decisions concerning architecture, tooling, and best practices within the team.

• Take complete ownership of features from inception through deployment and monitoring.

• Incorporate AI-driven coding agents and automated LLM-based testing into your daily development routine.

• Aid in the creation of 'AI-First' UI patterns in collaboration with the LLM Platform team, focusing on generative, prompt-driven interfaces.

• Keep abreast of new AI-assisted development tools and introduce relevant ones to the team.

• Decompose assigned product requirements into distinct, actionable engineering tasks.

• Consistently deliver work within sprint commitments, raising any blockers or scope alterations promptly.

• Balance the delivery of new features with the need to address technical debt in the codebase you manage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional Fullstack development experience utilizing modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong proficiency in at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue) and its associated ecosystem.

• Comprehensive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience in building data-intensive UIs, preferably including real-time data visualization.

• Solid knowledge of Fullstack performance optimization techniques, including bundle size, rendering, lazy loading, and caching strategies.

• Familiarity with state management patterns (Redux, MobX, Zustand, or similar).

• Practical experience with Fullstack testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).

• Comfortable working with design systems and shared component libraries.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to enhance engineering productivity.
