Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop software solutions for property management firms utilizing Claude and Cursor.

• Create and enhance full-stack product functionalities utilized daily by property managers.

• Take charge of new features and optimize them for user-friendliness.

• Manage backend integrations for communication channels such as email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

• Import customer data, including emails, documents, buildings, apartments, contracts, and contacts.

• Synchronize with systems that customers continue to use alongside our platform.

• Enhance the agent platform with over 200 tools and an integrated knowledge base.

• Provide support for both customer-created and pre-configured text and voice agents.

• Work with a TypeScript-based technology stack, including Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in English.

• More than one year of experience in delivering production-level code.

• A builder-first mindset with the capability to deliver quickly.

• Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for assignments.

• Eagerness to write the majority of code with AI assistance.

• Ability to perform well under performance pressure.

• Quick learner who works effectively as a generalist.

• Strong backend and systems-design experience is a plus.

• Experience in database design from scratch is a plus.

• Knowledge of optimizing query performance and cost is a plus.

• Experience in developing production agents is a plus.

• Familiarity with queues and long-running workflows is a plus.
