Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Analyze ambiguous or high-level requirements, identify underlying issues, and translate them into clear technical proposals.

• Early identification of risks, evaluation of costs and benefits, and making well-founded technical decisions.

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions in production environments.

• Take full responsibility for deliverables, including error handling, incident management, and scalability challenges.

• Engage in backend development tasks (60–70%) and frontend tasks (30–40%).

• Integrate AI models into production systems, including orchestration, workload management, and high-performance processing.

• Collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions without relying on fully specified tasks.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven track record of delivering and supporting applications across multiple production environments.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) in real-world applications.

• Decision-making capabilities in system design and architecture.

• Practices related to scalability, maintainability, and testing.

• Strategies for deployment, debugging, and production support.

• Experience in both backend and frontend development.

• Experience integrating AI into production systems.
