• Comprehend the key factors that contribute to success in each position

• Create and oversee job advertisements

• Assess applicants swiftly

• Conduct initial phone screening interviews

• Expedite the process of presenting strong candidates to decision-makers

• Guide candidates through the offer acceptance phase

• Maintain the recruitment pipeline using Manatal

• Evaluate resumes, contact applicants, assess fit, and swiftly advance qualified candidates to decision-makers

• Assist in hiring decisions and complete the process up to offer acceptance

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting

• Proficient in both spoken and written English

• Strong judgment and confidence in decision-making

• Experience with international recruitment or for North American companies

• Familiarity with Manatal, Workable, Greenhouse, or comparable ATS software

• Able to work during North American Eastern Time hours

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where results are prioritized over activity
