Full Stack Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable front-end and back-end web applications.

• Convert wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications into high-quality code.

• Create responsive user interfaces utilizing React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

• Build back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.

• Work with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases, focusing on schema design and query development.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs such as Stripe, OpenAI, and authentication providers.

• Implement background job processing with BullMQ/Redis and manage data imports/exports using CSV and Excel.

• Enhance applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance.

• Implement testing, CI/CD workflows, and adhere to version control best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack and with external services.

• Maintain documentation to facilitate future scaling efforts.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, iterating based on customer feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and React.

• Back-end development experience with Node.js and Express.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Skilled in building and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment workflows using Docker.

• Strong Git and version control capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a lean, fast-paced team.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in early-stage startups or involved in MVP development.

• Experience with AI integration (OpenAI or similar APIs, basic prompt engineering) or chatbot interfaces.

• Knowledge of Supabase, Stripe, BullMQ/Redis, and web scraping tools.

• Familiarity with the client's industry.
