This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +6 more states.
• Create high-performance, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Design scalable and secure backend services utilizing NodeJS and Express.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate structured and unstructured data from various sources (RDS, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch, etc.).
• Implement search functionalities employing tools like Amazon OpenSearch and Kendra.
• Contribute to ETL processes and pipelines that render client data searchable and actionable.
• Participate in architectural discussions regarding full-stack applications and API integrations.
• Convert Figma mockups into reusable and maintainable UI components.
• Enhance performance on both the frontend and backend.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during Agile sprints.
• Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Contribute to internal best practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain shared component libraries.
• 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Extensive expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Express.
• Strong background in deploying cloud-native applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of data integrity, normalization, and schema design principles.
• Ability to produce clean, scalable, and testable code.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on thorough documentation.
• Experience in client-facing roles or consulting settings (Nice to Haves).
• Proficiency in OpenSearch, Kendra, or similar search/indexing technologies (Nice to Haves).
• Experience with implementing semantic search or working with LLMs in search pipelines (Nice to Haves).
• Familiarity with AWS Glue, Athena, Step Functions, or other ETL tools (Nice to Haves).
• Basic understanding of Cognito and best practices in identity management (Nice to Haves).
• Experience with React Native or mobile application frontends (Nice to Haves).
• Exposure to HIPAA, SOC2, or other compliance frameworks (Nice to Haves).
