Full Stack Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for both front-end and back-end.

• Convert wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications into high-quality code.

• Create responsive user interfaces utilizing React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

• Build back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.

• Work with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query development.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs such as Stripe, OpenAI, and authentication providers.

• Implement background job processing using BullMQ/Redis and manage data imports/exports with CSV and Excel.

• Enhance applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance.

• Apply testing, CI/CD workflows, and best practices for version control.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack and with external services.

• Maintain documentation to facilitate future scaling efforts.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, iterating based on customer feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-stack web development experience.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and React.

• Proficient in back-end development with Node.js and Express.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Proven experience in building and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with deployment workflows utilizing Docker.

• Strong skills in Git and version control.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a lean, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in early-stage startups or with MVP development is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI integration (OpenAI or similar APIs, basic prompt engineering) or chatbot interfaces.

• Experience with Supabase, Stripe, BullMQ/Redis, and web scraping tools.

• Knowledge of the client's industry is advantageous.
