Full Stack Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Independently manage and execute tasks based on assigned cards.

• Take full ownership of product features from inception to completion, encompassing technical design, implementation, automated testing, deployment, and ongoing production operations.

• Establish and uphold the team’s code quality standards through architectural decisions, design patterns, code review protocols, and security-by-default methodologies.

• Develop and continuously enhance the agentic engineering framework, which includes automated test generation, AI-assisted code review workflows, prompt engineering standards, and agentic runbooks.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers through collaborative coding, code reviews, and constructive feedback.

• Actively collaborate with product managers regarding feature direction and engineering impacts.

• Work closely with QA to refine processes.

• Participate in architectural and design discussions related to Slack.

• Deliver Traverse product features comprehensively while co-developing the agentic engineering framework.

• Assist in defining technical direction and enhancing the engineering playbook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in full-stack development encompassing front end, back end, database, and CI/CD.

• Demonstrated history of impactful daily AI-assisted development utilizing agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.

• Strong end-to-end expertise in C# (.NET) for backend development.

• Preferred expertise in frontend JavaScript frameworks.

• Commitment to test-first development practices, clean coding, code quality, and adherence to consistent conventions.

• Strong skills in database design and management.

• Direct experience with PostgreSQL is highly preferred.

• Ability to actively contribute to architectural and system design discussions.

• Proven experience as a tech lead, with responsibilities including reviewing colleagues' work, setting engineering direction, and mentoring the team.

• Competence in navigating various programming languages and frameworks with ease.

• Familiarity with React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL is a strong advantage.

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or AWS is considered a plus.

• Excellent written communication skills for producing design documents, code review feedback, and architectural decisions.

• High level of autonomy and the ability to identify and communicate blockers promptly.

• Availability aligned with EST, specifically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
