Full-Stack Software Engineer, React Native, React, .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive features across healthcare solutions, encompassing React Native applications, .NET APIs and services, React web interfaces, and WPF desktop applications.

• Design RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations, authentication processes, and data handling using EF Core, SQL Server, and Azure services.

• Update and enhance the Windows desktop application, focusing on local storage, external audiology-system integrations, packaging, and deployment.

• Troubleshoot production issues across client, cloud, and integration boundaries utilizing structured logs, monitoring, and telemetry.

• Enhance architecture, automated testing, maintainability, and performance.

• Employ Claude / Claude Code in daily development tasks to design, implement, test, and review modifications.

• Collaborate within a remote scrum team through planning sessions, PR reviews, and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Extensive professional experience with React and TypeScript web applications.

• Significant professional experience with React Native / Expo for iOS.

• Strong professional experience with C# across both .NET Core and .NET Framework.

• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, Entity Framework, and SQL databases.

• Capability to take ownership of features spanning backend, web/mobile frontend, and desktop layers.

• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.

• Proficient in CI/CD practices and solid engineering principles.

• Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).

• Experience with Azure cloud services is a plus.

• Windows desktop development experience with WPF/XAML is a plus.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.

• Experience with Windows installers/WiX, SQLite, or third-party desktop integrations is beneficial.

• Experience in modernizing legacy systems without disrupting production workflows is a plus.

• Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, regulated environments, or sensitive data is desirable.
