This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Support the Development Manager in software design and coding tasks.
• Participate in and contribute to the company's development meetings.
• Familiarize yourself with the codebase and continually enhance your coding abilities.
• Identify common coding issues and implement design patterns in your solutions.
• Develop and maintain code that is both reusable and easy to manage.
• Acquire knowledge of new frameworks and programming methodologies.
• Resolve both minor and complex bugs.
• Track the technical performance of internal systems.
• Address requests from the development team promptly.
• Execute development testing.
• Create unit tests.
• Assist in the development of internal systems and software solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the development team on innovative projects and internal tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or CIS is preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of programming experience within a team-based environment.
• Proficiency in C#, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, GitHub, Teams Foundation, or other code management platforms.
• Basic understanding of the MVVM framework.
• Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
• Working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software.
• Quick learner of new software and technologies.
• Strong habits in code documentation.
• Capable of following instructions and working effectively in a team setting.
• Awareness of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, emphasizing rapport-building, active listening, and effective questioning.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Sponsorship is not available.
• Experience with WPF is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit API is a plus.
• Familiarity with Blazor is beneficial.
