Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create well-structured, testable, and efficient code by adhering to software development best practices.

• Integrate and utilize data from backend services and databases.

• Develop web applications using PHP for the backend and JavaScript (ES7+), HTML5, and CSS3 for the frontend.

• Contribute to the ideation and implementation of new products, as well as the enhancement of existing features.

• Collaborate with team members by engaging in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and providing constructive feedback on design.

• Become a subject matter expert on DomainTools’ customer-facing products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Work experience: 3+ years in modern web application development.

• Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony.

• Strong knowledge of the following technologies:

• Object-oriented programming in PHP 7+.

• JavaScript (ES7+).

• TypeScript.

• HTML5 and CSS3.

• In-depth understanding of React 18+ and Redux.

• Experience with unit and integration testing tools (PHPUnit, Jest).

• Proven experience in building and consuming APIs.

• Proficient in version control systems, especially Git.

• Experience with container technologies, particularly Docker.

• Familiarity with configuring Babel, Webpack, and ESLint.

• Experience with orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with user acceptance/E2E testing (TestCafe, Playwright).

• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL).

• Knowledge of UX design and related concepts.

• Experience utilizing agile principles and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
