Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product features for both customer-facing and internal applications from start to finish.

• Create web workflows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Support a variety of products in sectors such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production challenges to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and increase efficiency throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering.

• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend principles.

• Familiarity with contemporary web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production environments.

• Capable of rapidly creating valuable products without requiring perfect specifications.

• Strong product intuition, UX sensitivity, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in debugging across the entire technology stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-traffic platforms is highly beneficial.
