AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• The candidate will be integrated into a project focused on the development and maintenance of Conversational AI solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies.

• The position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and evolutionary maintenance of existing chatbots, as well as developing new features and handling Change Requests.

• The individual will contribute to the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions, integration with enterprise systems, and monitoring of application components, ensuring quality, reliability, and operational continuity of conversational platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform.

• Experience with Azure Functions.

• Familiarity with Application Insights for monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI.

• Background in integrating application components such as chatbot widgets and enterprise systems.

• Excellent knowledge of Python.

• Development and integration of REST APIs.

• Experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

• Management of Azure subscriptions and consumption (PTU / Subscription).

• Good command of the English language (B2 level).

• Availability for on-call duty during weekends and holidays (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
