Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop and troubleshoot code within a live, real-time voice processing pipeline

• Create control systems utilizing large language models (LLMs)

• Construct and manage LLM evaluation and batch-analysis workflows

• Take ownership of conventional machine learning processes from data collection to scheduled production inference

• Investigate production issues from metric anomalies to identify the root cause

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in building and managing production backend systems

• Proficient in operating distributed systems within cloud environments

• Practical production experience with LLMs or generative AI technologies

• Solid understanding of the complete traditional machine learning lifecycle

• Ability to maintain discipline in a regulated setting

• Experience with real-time media or telephony systems

• Front-end and full-stack development capabilities

• Familiarity with ML pipelines, vector search, or embedding techniques

• Proficient with AI coding assistants
