Product Manager, AI Learning Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• You will lead the development and launch of two AI systems:

• AI-Tutor — a personal tutor for each employee, integrated into Slack / KissMychat.

• AI-Assistant — a tool for the L&D team to generate content, manage the knowledge base, and perform analytics.

• Define the vision, roadmap, and development priorities for the AI Learning Platform.

• Create the backlog, describe user stories, and outline functional requirements.

• Collaborate with the technical team and AI integrators to launch new features.

• Monitor product quality and ensure its development aligns with business objectives.

• Design the user experience for interaction with the platform.

• Build learning journeys for various roles and teams.

• Ensure the quality of AI-generated content and the processes for its validation.

• Identify key product metrics and analyze them.

• Track adoption, completion rates, learning scores, engagement, and other indicators.

• Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities for the product.

• Make product decisions based on data and user feedback.

• Develop the company's competency framework.

• Create learning paths for key roles.

• Integrate learning into performance management processes.

• Build a Readiness Dashboard to assess employee readiness for new roles and levels.

• Impact the overall company effectiveness through the development of internal products.

• Work at the intersection of Product Management, AI, HR Tech, and Knowledge Management.

• Have a high level of autonomy, make product decisions, and influence the roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner or L&D Lead with product responsibility in EdTech.

• Experience in launching or developing digital products, internal platforms, or services.

• Familiarity with roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and task prioritization.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams and understanding the product development process.

• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Understanding of the principles for building knowledge bases and learning systems.
