AI Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and technological advancements.

• Lead transformative projects and generate measurable value from AI initiatives throughout the organization.

• Identify and rank high-impact AI applications to minimize manual tasks and enhance quality.

• Ensure that AI projects yield concrete results, such as increased productivity and cost savings.

• Design reusable AI tools to facilitate broad adoption.

• Head an AI governance committee to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.

• Operationalize AI and seamlessly integrate it into existing workflows.

• Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote AI literacy throughout the organization.

• Evaluate metrics related to adoption rates and productivity improvements.

• Ensure the secure and ethical use of AI by partnering closely with legal and data protection teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or productivity enhancement with leadership responsibilities.

• Demonstrated success in scaling AI or automation projects from inception to full implementation.

• Strong capability to drive quantifiable business outcomes (productivity, efficiency, growth).

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects involving business, technology, and various stakeholders.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise AI (e.g., LLMs, agents, automation) with a practical approach.

• Focused on execution, adoption, and effective change management.

• Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in professional English.
