• Design, develop, and sustain web-based internal applications and business tools.

• Transition intricate spreadsheet-based workflows into scalable database-driven applications.

• Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces tailored for internal users.

• Construct secure and maintainable backend services along with business logic.

• Design and oversee relational databases that act as the primary source of business data.

• Develop data models that facilitate various business processes and meet reporting needs.

• Establish data import, export, migration, and validation procedures.

• Create middleware and APIs for integrating multiple internal platforms.

• Develop automation workflows to reduce repetitive manual tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Software Developer, Systems Developer, or in a comparable role.

• Solid grasp of software architecture and application design principles.

• Experience in developing scalable web applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
