Full Stack Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications utilizing TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, and Node.js within a microservice architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and rapidly deliver new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in TypeScript and Java.

• Optimize applications for peak performance and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to guarantee optimal performance.

• Implement data storage solutions using MS SQL while ensuring data integrity.

• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and best practices.

• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

• Design and develop user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and/or JSON.

• Perform DOM manipulation to create dynamic and interactive web pages.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive web applications.

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, GenAI agents, and RAG pipelines.

• Integrate AI services into full-stack solutions utilizing LangChain, FastAPI, or Azure OpenAI.

• Manage unstructured data such as PDFs, HTML, audio, and images, along with multimodal models.

• Implement LLMOps practices including prompt versioning, caching, observability, and cost tracking.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to embed intelligent automation and decision-making into enterprise workflows.

• Contribute to semantic search, vector databases, and AI-enhanced user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation.

• Strong experience with Node.js and Java.

• Expertise in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.

• Solid understanding of MS SQL, including database design, querying, and optimization.

• Familiarity with contemporary web development practices and tools.

• Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Mistral.

• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Capability to work effectively in a remote setting.

• Attention to detail regarding evolving requirements and service stability.

• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries, including micro frontends.

• Familiarity with Redis and pub/sub concepts.

• Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience in AI-enhanced UI/UX design and intelligent user flows.

• Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, and AI observability tools.

• Experience with BytePro LOS and Asterisk telephony systems.

• Expertise and hands-on experience with Aloha software.

• Familiarity with mortgage compliance frameworks such as HMDA, TRID, RESPA, and ECOA.

• High-speed internet required: Cable or Fiber ONLY, with Ethernet capability.

• Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200–300/35–70 Mbps (shared), or 500–1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
