β’ Develop comprehensive full-stack product experiences such as our end-to-end onboarding platform and testnet campaign dashboard.
β’ Collaborate with smart contract engineers to incorporate blockchain functionalities into Plume applications.
β’ Partner with designers to produce an aesthetically pleasing and responsive frontend.
β’ Create and implement a robust backend architecture that supports API servers, databases, and indexers.
β’ Enhance both backend and frontend code to minimize latency and boost reliability.

β’ Integrating into the team and familiarizing yourself with existing application code.
β’ Gaining an understanding of the product operating model at Plume and how we prioritize our core product areas.
β’ Delivering at least 2 new features and enhancing our end-to-end onboarding platform.
β’ Designing the backend architecture to support the testnet campaign dashboard.
β’ Learning and subsequently leading our weekly QA sessions, along with presenting product demos to the team.
β’ Within three months, you should expect to...
β’ Launch the incentivized testnet campaign dashboard.
β’ Integrate the Plume chain and all Plume products with a robust monitoring and alerting system.
β’ Collaborate directly with the CTO to suggest and implement security policies.
β’ Generate innovative product experiences to develop for Plume mainnet.
β’ Mentor and provide guidance to junior product engineers.
β’ Participate in interviewing potential engineering candidates and be involved in the hiring committee.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in software engineering at a reputable startup or a large technology company.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in frontend/full-stack development, specifically with React or a similar framework, NodeJS, Express, Docker, AWS, Solidity, NOT JAVA!
β’ At least 3 years of experience in backend/full-stack development.
β’ You must reside in Canada or the US.
β’ Familiarity with AWS services or a strong knowledge of other cloud providers.
β’ Candidates lacking a Bachelor's degree in a computer science or engineering-related field must possess an outstanding work history.
