Full-Stack Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Oversee Product Development

• Conceptualize, develop, and launch impactful products that enhance guest experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive business performance

• Design Scalable Systems

• Make essential technical decisions that ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and maintainable as the company expands internationally

• Promote Engineering Excellence

• Set engineering best practices, establish code quality standards, refine development workflows, and maintain technical documentation

• Mentor and Support Engineers

• Offer technical guidance, conduct code evaluations, and foster a high-performance engineering culture centered on continuous improvement

• Create Automation at Scale

• Build systems that reduce manual tasks and enable operations to scale effectively across various markets

• Integrate Essential Platforms

• Develop and manage integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, Google, OpenAI, and other strategic partners

• Utilize AI

• Implement AI-driven workflows, tools, and agents that enhance productivity and decision-making across the organization

• Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner with product, operations, revenue, and leadership teams to transform business challenges into scalable technical solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full-stack software engineering experience

• Proven experience in designing and scaling production systems

• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture

• Experience leading technical projects from inception to deployment

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills

• Capability to balance speed with engineering quality

• Strong sense of ownership and a bias towards execution

• Bonus Points: Experience in leading engineers or technical teams, startup or scale-up experience, familiarity with AI products or LLM integrations, experience with SaaS, marketplace, travel, or PropTech businesses, and knowledge of FastAPI, React, AWS, or Supabase
